This is the first ever topic that we've created.
The title says it all but let me explain more. We are currently waiting for our billing information to be corrected so we can pay for the invoice and reactivate our license. However, two weeks have passed since we sent the transfer document signed by both transferee and transferor companies. Is there a certain waiting time for this process or the amount of time for the change varies for every other Teamviewer customer?
Our situation is kinda urgent because we cannot provide service to our customers that using our remote devices.
