Remote stuck in sleep mode

I have a computer that's suddenly stuck in sleep mode. Three different computers that access it display it as such. I've tried turning it off and disconnecting the cable. It STILL shows up on the other computers with the orange sleep status — it refuses to go offline. Any ideas on how I can get it to resume showing its actual status?

Status quo on the computer that Teamviewer sees as being in sleep mode, no matter what its actual status is. The computer's name with the orange symbol next to it couldn't be more immutable if it was painted. Is this a zero day bug that's never happened before? Does anyone at Teamviewer care?
