Hello,
I am using a TeamViewer license that is shared among three users in our company. The license manager mentioned that this license does not include telephone support.
Currently, I am experiencing an issue where other users cannot access my PC remotely. As shown in the attached screenshot, my PC (CEO-PC, ID: XXX) appears inactive, while I am still able to access two other computers from my side.
On my own PC, I can remotely connect to:
- DESKTOP-AD3EG4L
- 심서버 (ID: XXX)
However, from these devices, no one is able to connect to my PC.
Could you please help me resolve the following issue?
- Why does my computer appear inactive or unavailable to others?
- How can I enable remote access to my PC from the other two devices?
