Teamviewer Service Disappears

I have over 60 remote pcs and currently have about 1/3 of them offline because the teamviewer service has been removed so the teamviewer doesn't load on reboot. We have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, have checked and unchecked start with windows and the service is back but then with minutes to days, it's gone and we are unable to connect again. Does anyone have any idea what would cause the service to removed or is anyone else having this issue?

🔹 Check Device Compatibility
Are the operating systems of the affected devices supported by TeamViewer? Please refer to the link below to double-check that your devices meet the requirements: 👉 Supported operating systems for TeamViewer

🔹 Update TeamViewer on Offline Devices
Ensure that TeamViewer is up to date on any device showing as “offline.” You can verify this by opening TeamViewer, going to Help > Check for new version, and following any available update prompts.

🔹 Verify Network Stability
Is the network connection stable on the offline devices? Look for the status at the bottom left of the TeamViewer window. If you see “Ready to connect (secure connection)” with a green dot, that means your device is online and ready.

If the issue persists, could you please let us know:

• Which TeamViewer module is running on the offline devices (Full Client, Host, or Quick Support)?
• Do you see any error messages when trying to establish a connection? Could you please share a screenshot of the error?
