Just wanted to say congratulations on the 13k posts in 10 years on the one issue of telling people they are using the software commercially, because they want to support their elderly remote parents and protect them from online dangers.
You would think, that after that many requests, and that length of time, that something would have been done. But no. And why? Because enough people must think that they really need a commercial licence (especially the vulnerable that we're trying to support) that it's worth it for teamviewer.
This effectively turns TV into the scammer that we're trying to use the software to protect our loved ones from.
Ironic isn't it… Also sad.
@JeanK Is anyone ever going to say something to the product team that results in a change? Or is it really time to find an alternative.
