Where can I find account analytics? I am mainly interested in channel usage - how many, how often, etc. I am trying to figure out whether we need more or less channels, so I need to see our concurrent channel usage.

We’d like to introduce two ways to learn more about your connection usage.
First, on your Full Client, please go to Admin Settings. There, you can view records of outgoing and incoming connections for users in your company profile. This includes information such as who participated in each session, when the sessions occurred, and how long they lasted. You also have the option to export this list (see item No. 3 in the screenshot below), which can make session analysis much easier.
Secondly, on your Management Console, go to All under GROUPS, then click Connection Reports. This view shows the frequency of sessions within a specified time range. You’ll also see a visual heatmap where darker colors indicate higher session density during that period. More information can be found here 👉️Connection reports
