So frustrated. Looking for a solution to help my elderly parents, and I cannot get it set up for unattended access.
I have downloaded the app on both devices and signed into my free account on both devices. I've added both devices to the account. (Am I wrong here? Do I need to create a different account for their computer?)
On the device I want to control, I am trying to grant easy access but can't. The option is greyed out. Everything I've read indicates I should be able to do this with the free account. I don't understand why it's not available.
I did get it connected once but it still kept asking for a password. I turned off the password generator and now can't figure out how to reverse that, so now I have NO ability to connect. I get asked for the password on their screen but there isn't one!
I've tried to connect using windows, but keep getting a password error there, too despite the fact that I know I'm entering their windows password correctly.
