I've been using TeamViewer for a few years to support my parents. We only have the Free non-commercial license but it has been great. Recently, I've been using the Quick Connect Android app on their tablet and phone to support those devices. It works well as it's just easy for them to open that app which allows for me to Connect. One issue though is that if they go to something like Amazon's payment screen or their Bank of America app, the screen turns black.
Is there a way to disable the screen from going black? I imagine it's a pretty good security feature but since my parents obviously know me and would like my support on these screens, we'd like to disable it.
