The Device Custom Fields feature needs some usability improvements. Right now, they are a bit second-rate, and are not all that useful for 'at a glance' information, in my view. It would also be extremely useful if Device Custom fields could optionally be shown under the 'Device Information' and to be able to add a Device Custom Field column to the table in Devices View.
Real world example:
We use a unique device ID scheme and need to quickly identify which user the device ID belongs to within TeamViewer Management Console, without having to go and reference another system (SCCM platform) or an internal document. Currently, we modify all the device names manually, to include the users name for easy identification.
It would be so much better, if we could use a Device Custom Field called 'user' or similar, and be able to add a column on the table in the Devices View and specify a 'Device Custom Field' selection, such as the user Custom field we created. Then we can see in the table very quickly, which device belongs to the user who needs support.
I hope this is a welcomed feature request that many would find useful, and it would be amazing to see this implemented.
