Hi, I am using Teamviewer (free version) to remote control my PC from my laptop. I remember I used to be able to add current device into managed device. But somehow I cannot find the button and option anywhere. Did I miss something here? I am attaching the screenshots below. Thank you so much for your help!
When i request user groups i get licence required. I've got a corporate licence and permissions set on the key. Why is this and how do i fix it? I'm aiming to get the id of a user group so i can share a device group with that user group via api. curl -X 'GET' \ 'https://webapi.teamviewer.com/api/v1/usergroups' \ -H…
Hi, Our company is currently using **Third Party Product**, but I am considering switching to TeamViewer. Our company has around 80 technical staff, and I would like to confirm whether TeamViewer provides the following feature: Does TeamViewer support generating a unique, shareable link for a specific endpoint that allows…
The Device Custom Fields feature needs some usability improvements. Right now, they are a bit second-rate, and are not all that useful for 'at a glance' information, in my view. It would also be extremely useful if Device Custom fields could optionally be shown under the 'Device Information' and to be able to add a Device…
Hi all, I recently updated my Teamviewer client and would like to add the current device I am using to the managed device to my account. As I recall, I used to do that by going to add device > this device. But it seems that this option is gone. Did I miss something here? Thanks!

Hi all, I'm migrating our devices and redoing our permissions at the same time and am running into something that strikes me as a bit odd. In our old platform all Device Groups had permissions set per user, which worked okay-ish but was extremely time consuming to manage. Currently I'm starting with the migration of all…
Hello - I am looking to revise the rights to all computers located in groups, without having to go computer by computer. The group has the correct rights assigned to the managers (UserA has EasyAccess, UserB has all rights). UserB also happens to be me, whom is the administrator. When I look at individual computers, UserA…
Teamviewer is giving me a red-shaded notice next to the section for 'All Managed Devices', showing that I have '4/3 Managed devices'. I don't know how it let me add one more than is apparently permitted but I'm guessing there was a settings change after I added them. I want to remove one of those devices as I don't need…
Firstly, I need to start by saying I really don't like this new teamviewer layout. These new managed devices make zero sense to a basic user. Secondly, on my windows desktop app this morning, all of my saved devices have vanished. They are still there in the "recent connections" but as IDs only. If I try to connect, it…
