I am having significant issues with managing groups of devices and my ability to query installed software in asset management. When I add a new device, and then try to connect to it, I get the attached error message. Though it is a free account, I use rarely, but those times that I do use it, I fully need to. There is NO company name or logo associated with my account whatsoever, so I am at a loss. Many thanks in advance.
