Where do I add a user to a whitelist

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!
TeamViewer has renamed the whitelist to Allowlist, and you may look up the setting by following the steps in the screenshot.
Or try the path on TeamViewer: go to TeamViewer Settings, look for Security, Select Block and allow list, then Choose Allow access for the following partners. In the filed, TeamViewer user account and TeamViewer ID can be added into the Allowlist.
Let me know if you could look up the Allowlist and successfully set up for the secure remote connections.
