Hello, I am unable to establish remote control sessions via the desktop app (version 15.69.5). I see the device groups, member computers but the app offers just "Send chat message" or "Send file". If I try to connect using Partner ID, the "Connect" button is grayed out and cannot be clicked. License is "Tensor Basic" and if I choose the option to connect through TeamViewer in web interface after clicking connect, the app opens but nothing happens. All works fine in the WebClient, but it takes about a minute until the connection is established, so I would like to use the desktop app instead.
