Remote control works only in web access - not the desktop TeamViewer app

Hello, I am unable to establish remote control sessions via the desktop app (version 15.69.5). I see the device groups, member computers but the app offers just "Send chat message" or "Send file". If I try to connect using Partner ID, the "Connect" button is grayed out and cannot be clicked. License is "Tensor Basic" and if I choose the option to connect through TeamViewer in web interface after clicking connect, the app opens but nothing happens. All works fine in the WebClient, but it takes about a minute until the connection is established, so I would like to use the desktop app instead.

All good now, the laptop had TeamViewer Host installed at the same time from the company laptop image. After uninstalling the host version, it started working as expected.
