Hi @SKIT,
Thank you for getting back to us. 😊
On the TeamViewer Host module, you should be able to see both the individual user ID and the server ID on the page shown below. This "Your ID " highlighted in green below is your user ID. (Please follow the steps under "On the TeamViewer Host" to get to this page)
Could you check whether this ID page is visible from the Host module on the server users’ endpoint devices? If not, could you please send us the screenshot of this page so that we know what you are seeing?
To ensure an independent TeamViewer session, please make sure that the supporter (the person initiating the TeamViewer remote session) enters the correct user ID to connect to the right device.
Best,
Chisa
Hi Chisa,
Good morning
Unfortunately, I am unable to find this option on the Teamviewer host install.
I have even activated the license to see if that makes a change on the options list but no luck.
Anymore tips or ideas please.
Thank you
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 😊
Here’s a helpful article on establishing remote connections with devices hosted under servers:
Use TeamViewer on Windows servers
Each user accessing the server can have their own session using their individual User ID, rather than the Server ID.
Could you please have each user start their session using their User ID?
If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out!
Warm regards, Chisa
