I have two QNAP servers, both with same firmware and app version. Both servers locate under the same local network, and both have been assigned to the account I am using. I am able to remotely connect to one of the servers without any issue, but for the other one, when I tried to connect I received a prompt asking me to input the password, and after putting the password in I got error meesage saying authentication rejected.
(For password, usually once a machine get assigned to an account, it should not ask for passworkd anymore. I saved the password originially shown in the configuration page and used that when asked for, which does not work)
I just wish to get some insights on where I can start to fix this authentication issue. Thank you!
