Hi everyone,
I’m working with TeamViewer Tensor and I’d like to know if the following setup is possible.
We have two customer networks:
- Customer Network 1:
- TeamViewer ClientPC:
10.40.16.137
- Target PC (PC1):
10.40.16.136
(same subnet) (not Possible to install TeamViewer)
- Customer Network 2:
- TeamViewer ClientPC:
10.40.16.137
- Target PC (PC1):
10.40.16.136
(same subnet) (not Possible to install TeamViewer)
- Service Technician: connects via TeamViewer / TeamViewer VPN
Question:
Is it possible, using TeamViewer VPN with Tensor, to use the TeamViewer ClientPC as a gateway, so that the service technician can also reach the internal PC (10.40.16.136) in the same LAN, even though that PC does not have TeamViewer installed?
If yes:
- What are the steps to configure this (VPN settings, routes, firewall, etc.)?
- Are there any limitations (same/different subnet, multiple connections, performance)?
- Is this officially supported under Tensor licensing?
Thanks a lot in advance!
