Multiple login at same time to overview what someone is doing

Hello Support,

I have a question. I access the office computer regularly and now I need my wife to do the same, but she is working in Canada at the moment. I am trying to log on at the same time as her so I can show her how to do certain things, but it says there is too many users. There is only me and her.

Are we doing something wrong? I log in through [removed per Community Guidelines], maybe I set up the same on her PC is this the reason, if so what do we do?

I’ve checked internally regarding this feature, and it appears that the Remote Access license is an exception due to its unique feature set. If you're using this license, I'm afraid it's not possible to add additional participants to a remote session.

There is no option to invite participants in communicate drop down bar. I do have paid version.

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community 😀

The “Invite more participants” feature may be useful in your scenario. You can start a remote-control session to access your office computer, then add your wife's TeamViewer ID as an additional participant.

To do this, navigate to the Communicate tab in the toolbar during the active session and select “Invite more participants.” Enter the TeamViewer ID of the person you'd like to add.
