So I have been using teamviewer for as long as it is on the market since launch and I was a happy camper until recently the system just started to see me a commercial user which is not the case. EVER… I never intended nor did I actually make money with this program.
when I contacted support regarding the matter, they told me that they do not see a user under my e-mail address I provided (my concrete user name I use since day one).
how can I rectify this problem with the never answering support. I even also filled out a form regarding this matter but to no avail.
any help is greatly appreciated.
