In September of this year I paid for a fall year subscription for team viewer and payment has been acknowledged
I have been using team viewer successfully since the creation of this account until today
remote login is now spat out after a short period of time as if it was a free account
I have checked my account and it does indeed show that it is a free account notwithstanding that I have paid for a full year
I have tried to telephone support but apparently notwithstanding that this is a business assistance tool team viewer closes on a Sunday
I have attempted to get assistance through the website but this sends me in circles and I believe that this is because it believes that my account is a free account which does not have the benefit of technical support
This lack of ability to be able to contact support in such a fundamental problem is causing concern and is leading us to believe that perhaps team viewer is not up to the job
I can appreciate that in line with modern firms customer support is expensive and therefore should be limited but to provide no simple mode of assistance in such a simple problem beggars belief
Has anyone suffered a similar problem and has anyone any suggestion as to how I could possibly contact technical support to resolve this very simple problem which if not resolved prevents me from utilising the programme and therefore leads me to believe that it is a waste of money should therefore be cancelled
