Please help me with the problem of establishing a remote connection to users. Users have our TV quick support module and we connect properly without special confirmation/permission from the user (when they launch the module as needed).

From today it is not possible?! Namely, when connecting I get this message:

When the user accepts the connection, the connection is made and the desktop is accessed, but I am not able to do anything, my enlarged mouse cursor is just shown and any click does nothing?!?

It looks like you’ll need to adjust your settings to gain access to the remote device. On your PC, sign in to your TeamViewer account and open the settings. From there, go into Advanced settings and select Open advanced settings. Navigate to the Advanced section, and under Advanced settings for connections to other computers, you’ll find the Access control option. In the drop-down menu, choose Full access.

Once you’ve made this change, try connecting again to see if you can access the remote device.
