We refer to our correspondence with team viewer dated 9 December 2025 and earlier
You will recall that we informed you that team viewer was an essential business tool
We informed you that team viewer no longer permits remote access under the mistaken belief that this is a free installation
You will recall that we informed you that this was a paid for installation and that continued uninterrupted use was essential
The failure of team viewer to make contact with us to resolve this simple issue is causing severe business disruption
Unless team you resolve this simple issue as a matter of urgency, we must take the view that team viewer as a business tool, is useless
Unless team viewer resolve this simple issue immediately, we have no alternative but to cancel our contract and to request immediate repayment of the paid for subscription
We are not asking for telephone technical support
