Thank you for your post in the TeamViewer Community!
Could you please try the following steps: On your local device, sign in to your TeamViewer account, then navigate to:Settings > Remote Control > Session Settings > Outgoing Connections From there, activate "Play device sounds and music."
Could you try starting a remote control session to check whether you can hear sound from the remote device?
