On remote computer, "Grant Easy Access to this device" has been enabled. In the "Allow Remote Control" section, ID is listed and Password is null. The Remote Device status indicates "Ready to connect (secure connection)."
On the computer requesting to control the remote device, select Remote Support and enter the ID in the "Control remote device" section. Select Connect button and a TeamViewer Authentication window is displayed, prompting for a password. The remote computer status is "Awaiting authentication."
There is no password shown on the remote computer but I am prompted to enter a password. How do I correct this? I had previously connected to the remote computer prior to setting "Grant Easy Access to this device" by entering a password but now I cannot connect with Grant Easy Access enabled.
