I have been using teamviewer since 2019 with great success to help my mom remotely from time to time. Obviously some big changes were made without thoroughly close loop testing and I have had nothing but trouble to the point I am not able to use it. The biggest problem was the requirement to login, it keeps flagging a third party access, ie google or windows… Well I had exhausted all the suggestion offered. Three times I attempted to resolve this, 10 hours plus!! I ended up just creating a new account from my personal computer. Finally after weeks I was able to help her. Today, it some how thinks I am using a new device….. grrrrr Jump through hoops and…. too many failed attempts. Sorry mom, I can't help you today. Something I have been saying over the past two months. Frustrated beyond belief.
