I have cancelled it at the beginning of 2025 again they have destroyed all support records, renew at december, 1.5 years the system has not been working at all, no tech support, just cleaner girl level of answers.

I have contacted dozens of times to support team, it does not help, they accept termination request, I have talked and communicated in written form, in feb 2025 we terminated the subscription, I agreed to pay this year, and now they still send invoice.
It is normal that technology does not work in all situation (in my case it has not worked over mobile almost 100%, problem started after subscription was upgraded and strict login was demanded, the login has never succeeded, only aboiut 1%, and now the accoint has not been working already a year) .

this is frustrating company, they ask how satisified are you with termination and send renewal request silently, I have put Teamviewer to Spam list already long time ago, it is worst experience ever.
