I have received a debt collection letter regarding an old TeamViewer license. I do not have any login credentials, an active email address, or any other access to the account associated with this license.
I would like to terminate the license, but I am unable to do so because I cannot log in and I have no information about the account, apart from the debt collection letter itself.
I have attempted to contact your support via chat and phone, but I have not been able to reach anyone.
Please advise how I can terminate the license and resolve this matter under these circumstances.
