unattended devices reduced but still cannot access some clients

I have renewed my license(15) but now cannot access newly added unattended clients due to having reached the 200 limit, my old license allowed more ?

I have reduced the number of unattended devices to below 200 but still cannot access newly added client,

error saying limit reached.
