Delete Account

Hello,

I want to delete the account I use. The payment will renew in the third month, but I don't want to use it anymore. If I delete my account directly from the settings, it won't renew automatically, right? I saw some complaints online. They said it always renewed automatically. Also, will you ask for confirmation to delete my account, or can I delete it directly?

Deleting the account doesn't cancel your subscription contract.

The cancellation request must be made via ticket or Customer Portal. For more details, check:
