Hi, im trying to build some sort of service application where users could click a button that triggers create a session that returns the end_customer_link that i want to open. But i´ve noticed that it works and the session gets created and they end up in serviceque and we can connect to that session as support team. But when there is TeamViewer host installed and runs it says it waits for the participant to connect…and on their end it says that we are controlling their unit? It some sort of deadlock. Maybe i explained poorly but is it impossible to do what i´m trying to do here? Do we have to choose a path, either unattended with HOST or secure host is not installed on our "clients" units?
