We downgraded our license from TeamViewer Tensor to TeamViewer Corporate.
SSO was previously enforced.
After downgrade, the SSO settings are no longer visible in the Admin Console, but SSO enforcement is still active on the backend.
Result: all users are locked out and cannot log in using email/password, while I (admin) can still access the Management Console.
We do not have budget to upgrade back to Tensor.
Please remove SSO enforcement from our company account so users can log in with standard TeamViewer authentication.
