I used to use TeamViewer to help friends with their computer problems, and I'm the only one who's good at fixing various problems, so it's always me they ask. At some point, I think it was about 9 years ago I got a notification that my account had been limited because TeamViewer thought I was using it for business or something like that. Then there was some hassle that I could request it getting unlocked for free use again by submitting a ticket?
This was too much of a hassle and I was *bleep* off, so I stopped using TeamViewer and stopped recommending it.
Currently a friend have a problem and TeamViewer would be an easier solution the MS Quick Help with this particular, so I was just wondering if TeamViewer still limits account or if I need to use another piece of software (Google Remote etc.) to help my friend?
Do TeamViewer still limit usage or is there somewhere in your account that you can see if it's limited etc?
