The TeamViewer App fails to let me logon. It gets an error looking for a License. I used to work for a School and used that paid version while employed by them. I have been retired for 2 years, and it still thinks my personal device needs a License. I have tried to do the reset to my personal email but it's still gets the License error. When doing the online reset, I use the same ID my device has always used. Please help and advise to disconnect me from my old job so I can use the free personal version. Thank you.
