Iʻm on a Mac. I had a business license when I needed to access multiple machines. I renewed as a single remote access account. I can log in to the portal and see that my license is active but with lots of irritating messages to upgrade or renew to Business (which I had no desire to do since I need access to 1 machine). But it keeps insulting me saying that Iʻm using a free copy. I log into the customer portal and see my license. I log into the app with the same creds and it says Iʻm using a free copy. Your chat bot is pretty worthless.
