Quicksupport session id expired

Question

Hi,

i have quick support installed on my android tablet and every time i want to connect from my computer it says session id expired. our technical support can login but i am not. why?

I cannot join a session from tablet to pc (same message) pleas advise

Thank you for your question about starting  a connection with TeamViewer. Here are suggestions from us:

Connection from your PC to your Android device

* On your PC, is the TeamViewer full client installed? This module allows you to initiate an outgoing connection. Please sign up (if you haven’t already) and then sign in to your full client.: 
* Next, enter the TeamViewer ID displayed in the QuickSupport module on your Android device into section no. 2 highlighted in yellow below, and click Connect.

Connection from your Android device to your PC

To make this work, you need to install TeamViewer Remote Control on your Android device, as the QuickSupport module is designed only for receiving incoming connections. Please sign in, then enter the remote device’s TeamViewer ID in the “Enter partner’s ID” field to start a connection.
