I can't connect to my personal Mac device

Hello,

Since installing TeamViewer on my Mac, I haven't been able to access it. I can connect, but I get stuck on the Mac's lock screen. I enter my password, and it says it's incorrect. If I access it from the Mac itself, I can log in with the same password.

My Mac account password has six numeric characters, so it doesn't seem to be a keyboard layout issue.

Can anyone help me?

To rule out any keyboard‑input issues, please first try the method described in the following article:

Paste the clipboard as keystrokes during a remote session

You can also test whether copying the password to the clipboard and pasting it works. The settings related to clipboard sync are explained here:

If nothing resolves, there is a possibility that macOS isn’t accepting remote keyboard input at the lock screen. When this happens, the system may show the password as “incorrect” even though it works locally.

Please also double‑check the relevant accessibility and permission settings on your Mac to ensure TeamViewer has full access.
