Hello everyone,

I would like to investigate one aspect - while re-creating the account, which I believe I have used before, but it was somehow deleted/etc. I got direct notice from web-client: If you have previous devices, we can restore them or smth. similar. Indeed - there is such dialogue/functionality. Yet, I have not found any devices there. Should I assume, that even after "actually" deleting the TW account, it's some details are in-fact kept, but - expires after some time, only the account handle ID exists and account record holds some info, that it had device(-s) before?

When you delete your TeamViewer account, all associated information and data are permanently removed from our system. If you’d like us to clarify the pop‑up message you saw in the web client, please let us know when it appeared (for example, what action you were performing at the time) and share the exact wording. A screenshot would be especially helpful so we can understand the full context and provide accurate guidance.
