unable to remote with other computer

I'm unable to remote my desktop at office where it prompt with invalid password. I've already snap a picture for the id and password, however, the password is invalid. i cant refresh to get new password since im home. it takes me about an hour to reach my office plus here in my place its already 12am.

    You can set a personal password that will not change.

    Options > Security Tab > Enter your password twice.
