I have bought a new computer and own a Teamviewer Business Subscription. I downloaded a free version on my new computer to use until I had time to see what I have to do to transfer between computers. How do I do this?

-To Activate a device to your business licence-1. Log into the management console (You can do this by clicking the “Page” icon in the computers and contacts list in the software and then “Open management console” if you are signed into the software)2. Click your profile Name in the top right-hand corner3. Click Edit Profile4. Click Licence5. Use the space provided to enter the device ID of the devices you would like activated.
You can control your 3 devices here.You will need to click "Exit TeamViewer" in the software and re-open for the Licence to be applied.

This is what I want to do but i get an error saying I have exceeded count. I have deleted all previous connections but still cannot move license to new pc.
