To troubleshoot this issue, you will need to contact our support teams directly. Because the license is not activated, the system won't let you open a ticket, so you will need to call support. Your subscription plan may not include phone support, but all customers can get help with license activation.

I've followed the License activation guides but haven't got the mail "Your TeamViewer License Activation", no activation link was received!! So I can't activate the team remote access license. I've tried to call support, but I cannot get help when I only have team remote access license.
