Used TeamViewer 30 times msg - free user

Question

Hi,

I am assisting my  96-year-old mother who is currently in hospital/rehab and using TeamViewer to do so .   Today i received a msg stating that I have connected 30 times.   In the past, the requirement was much lower however in the past 30-45 days I have been connecting more to perform required agenda on her behalf.
