Please double-check if you got all the steps for the license activation according to our article: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/licenses/
Then set up remote printing drivers on both sides of the connection. The article https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/global/support/knowledge-base/teamviewer-remote/troubleshooting/troubleshoot-remote-printing/ can also help.
If the issue persists, please let us know and provide us with more details (like the error message, the OS on both devices, what type of license you have, and what TeamViewer version you are on).
