I recently purchased a TeamViewer license for personal use, but I am unable to activate it on my account.
My account may have been previously identified as being used in a company or business environment because I tested TeamViewer for company purposes in the past. However, this account is now my personal account, and I purchased the license for my own use.
I kindly request that you review my account status and assist with activating the license. If there is any restriction or classification on the account that is preventing activation, please let me know how it can be corrected.
If the license cannot be activated, I would appreciate information regarding a refund of the purchase.
