cannot assign account over port 5938/tcp only

is it possible to assign an account over Teamviewer default port 5938? - My problem is, that I do not want to allow the Host to access 80/443 TCP outbound, only 5938/tcp is allowed:

Is it only the same IP?, or is there an IP range I can allow? Because I won't enable 443 full outgoing traffic.

the port 5938 is allowed, but not 80 or 443.
Teamviewer is working, but I want to assign the host to the account. It is not working until I open Port 80 and 443.

I wont open Port 80 and 443 for host, so is it possible to assign the account only via 5938?
