IPhone Remote Control Android Device

I am trying to remote control an android phone with my iphone or windows 7 pc.  The app I have installed on the iphone and pc is on version 12 and the andriod has the host app on version 12.

I can connect from iphone or pc to the android device but it is only screen sharing and won't allow me to remote control to click and execute an application that is on the android device.

Can someone please provide some advice on how to get remote control working?

    Unfortunately we do not have remote control for all Android devices. What is the device you are using?

    Do you have a list of supported samsung models that supports remote control? Like samsung s5, s6 etc.
