LAN Connection Link on Desktop and TV-MyComputers list

i setup some computers on my LAN to connect internal via IP and it works fine.

1. how can i add these to the TV list MyComputers?
2. how can i create a link to these PC on my Windows Desktop?

Create a link to the desktop with this target:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer\TeamViewer.exe" -i 192.168.111.111 --Password 111aaa
