Was able to print to my printer via remote printing in Teamviewer 12 - recently upgraded and now I cannot setup the remote priting via extras->advanced options->install remote printer.
It is greyed out and I cannot install the remote printer.
The computer that is being used is running Windows XP (is this an issue)? The printer is PS compliant.
Please can you assist me with any form of solution that I can try and implement.
