Black screen with fullscreen slideshow

Hi,

I can access to my windows10 from android via Teamviewer12 for remote control, but only when I try to start fullscreen slideshow of powerpoint the screen goes to black. If I change the setting of powerpoint slideshow to window from fullscreen, the slideshow is not captured (not black). Anyone has same issue?

I tested your same scenario connecting fom a Samsung Galaxy S6 to a Windows 10 machine. I was able to open a PowerPoint presentation on the Windows machine and fom the Android and switch the PowerPoint to full screen mode and could still see and switch to the next slildes.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of TeamViewer installed on the Windows machine and test again.

Let us know the results after you have tested.
