Function Keys in CMD program

Hi,

A customer was using a legacy application running in CMD under Windows XP in several PCs. That app uses F-keys (F1, F10, etc) for several tasks, and was working fine with previous versions of TV (at least 7 & 10).

After moving to a Windows 7 environment and purchasing TV11 Business recently, F-keys works in local console but stoped working remotely with TV11 (tested from Windows 7 & 10 clients).

Is there some configuration to be adjusted? Do we have to downgrade version of TV? Any other suggestion?
