Cannot establish connection via PC, works only via mobile (android)

I was using TV quite often without any problem. But it started few weeks ago when I cannot connect to my notebook from my PC.

It says its waiting till someone on the other side will confirm the connection...**bleep**??? that is kinda opposite behaviour than I expect from a remote desktop app.

There is no such a think when connection via mobile.

Did any default vales has changed for some e.g. better policy? Or why does it require a confirmation when connectin PC -PC, while mobile-PC works fine.
