Create host or QS with previous version

Hi, we just purchased Teamviewer 13 beta Premium althought we will need to generate Teamviewer 12 Hosts and Teamviewer 12 QS modules since our customers endpoints are used also from other assistance services with the 12 version.

How can I generate the module with the previous version?

Thanks for your response.

Since your account hs already been updated to Version 13, it will not be possible to create a Version 12 Custom Host or Quick Support from your account.

You will need to use the previous version link that was provided.

Hi, we do not need the official previous version release: we need to create a custom host (from web administration console) based on previous versions.

Is it possible?
