Can't use quick support or enter TeamViewer website

Hello can't use quick support on all my devices home on my internet connection. Same is when TeamViewer website or this community as soon as i try to connect from my connection it doesn't work say cannot connect. When i try from my phone on 3g it works instantly. Im confused what could it be?
